We had a great inspection last week and after talking with our mortgage company today, it looks like we will be closing on our first home on Tuesday the 23rd! We are pushing for earlier, but that date looks like a definite. Which means we will be able to move the 27th, and finish repainting and clean our apartment the 28th, to hand in our keys on March 1st.
Anyone have some free time to help? There are free drinks and pizza involved :)

We close on our house on the 26th, and will be painting like crazy that weekend!! I am super excited. I am not enjoying living in our tiny rental house, it almost makes me miss our old house. Our new one is finished but we just have to wait on the paperwork to be completed. I drive by it everyday, and go in at every chance that I get.
